Gift Wrapping Training Course : Varsha Kailash Sapkale
Varsha Kailash Sapkale, 19 years, lives in Dhobighat, Dharavi with her family of 5 members. Her father is working in a pvt. Company and mother is housewife. As she had failed her SSC and with nothing else on her horizon, she joined the class and quickly became very good at the art of wrapping. She feels that she can now teach others with a little more training. She says, “On 22nd April 2017, Meera Madam sent me and Shabina to Anita Chopra madam at Colaba for two days for gift wrapping work and it was very exciting for us. We earned Rs. 350 for working for two days and it is the first time we gave some money to our parents instead of asking them. I am eager to find out other such opportunities and hope that WE Foundation will support me.
